Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Vestaliq is an AI-powered property maintenance coordination platform that enables property managers to receive, triage, and coordinate maintenance requests from tenants. The service includes an in-app chat interface, automated triage powered by AI, and a dashboard for tracking open maintenance tasks.

2. Invite-Only Access

Vestaliq is currently available by invitation only. Access is granted at our sole discretion. Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee access. We may expand, restrict, or close access at any time without notice. Invited users may not transfer, sell, or share their access credentials.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the service.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service without our express written consent.
• Abuse or circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other security controls.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Vestaliq platform, including its software, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of Vestaliq. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the service. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. During the invite-only phase, the service is pre-production and may be subject to downtime, data loss, or breaking changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vestaliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if Vestaliq has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed CHF 100 in any twelve-month period.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or to update these Terms, at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
